Rosewater Ranch is located 30 minutes north of

Reno, NV in a residential agricultural valley in Sierra County, CA.  Nestled right on the forest's edge where a little Great Basin valley meets its Great Range,

the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The 135 acre plot includes 2 acres of various gardens including an organic market-garden farm, an organic mushroom farm, ~30 goats, a flock of chickens, a large pond, ephemeral creeks and 3 pastures while the majority of the land is kept wild and undeveloped.

The property boundary connects to the Humbodlt-Taiyobe National Forest and is rich with walking trails, native fauna and flora, flowing creeks, and beauty to behold and respect.
