of the Humboldt-Taiyobe National Forest at the base of the of

the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

The Reno/Tahoe International Airport.

The 135 acre plot includes several gardens and pastures, 2 certified organic market-garden farms, animals and livestock, while the majority of the land is kept wild and undeveloped with rocky terrain rich with walking trails, native flora and fauna, ephemeral creeks, and beauty to behold and respect.
